Why is it that I love the idea of being constantly busy and having things to do but when I look ahead at my incredibly busy weeks I get depressed and stress out?? Maybe when some of the busy-ness isn't very productive busy-ness or whatever, who knows. I just can't figure that out.
Anyways, this week hasn't had a spare minute to it until right now. And even now I am susposed to be at work but I just need a minute, is that too much for a girl to ask!?:) I closed on my house this morning. Thanks to a couple things the process went very smoothly and quickly! We were in and out of that office in 20 min! My uncle (and wonderful realtor) was telling me how long they can normally take, so I was very thankful all went well! If you ever close on a house make sure you all have all your paperwork correct and have the first appointment in the morning right when they open so there is noone before you to mess up and hold you up! This weekend starts the demolition of the house:) I was reading this really good book about the whole home buying process and the author mentioned something in there that I've never really heard of but I'm thankful he said it. "Buyers remorse." Sounds horrible but it's true. We had kind of an interesting process that went along with our house so I think that added a little anxiety to my plate but there were times, and I think they will continue, where I'm just a little depressed I guess. I start to wonder if I should have done this, what in the world am I getting myself into with all this remodeling...sometimes I'm excited and sometimes I'm not. That's what the author called "buyers remorse." I usually don't like it when people have to give everything and every feeling a "term" but I like this one:) He says it's very common and people get over it. It's just at the beginning when maybe you feel like you should have taken longer to think about it or wonder why you put so much money into something. The most "interesting" part of this whole thing will be working alongside my parents in the remodel process. It's already been really hard. That's all I have to say about that:)
Anyways, my parent's keep my bedroom door shut while I'm away so my fingers are freezing right now. I should probably give McKenna's mom a call to let her know I'm done and see if she wants me to head over there now. IT'S THURSDAY! Usually I don't get too excited about those but today it means that the past 2 Thrusdays have been super beautiful, I like that pattern, plus I have class tonight which isn't something to be too excited about but something about it gives me the sudden realization (it just hit me feeling) that I only have one more 10 hr. work day this week and it's the weekend!! Alright I'm outta here... lata'

that's the link to the book. I rented mine from the library but I'm tempted to buy one on Amazon, you can get it for under $6 like new. It was just a really interesting book (as interesting as a book like that can get) with some humor and some unbiased opinions.
